Congratulations Allison and Kira, on your destination wedding at the beautiful all inclusive Hyatt Ziva Cancun! Hyatt Ziva Cancun is a stunning beachfront resort and is located in the prized point of the Cancun hotel zone.

The day before their ceremony, Allison and Kira got together with family and friends for some beach games followed by a rehearsal dinner on the beach at sunset. There was much laughter and love and I was happy to have been there to capture some of the incredible moments on this day before the wedding!

The morning of the wedding day, I joined both Allison and Kira for some getting ready photos. They shared a beer together before going to different rooms to dress. They had a special “first look” and then their moms gave them a special gift…garters made from their own wedding dresses! We then headed out to the lighthouse for photos. Shortly after, their oh-so-fun wedding party joined us for photos.

For their ceremony, they choose to tie the knot in the outdoor oceanside wedding gazebo that is situated on top of a hill which offers incredible views of the Caribbean Sea. The ceremony ended with champagne toasts around! Cocktail hour was held at the fire pits by Mercado at sunset just a short walk from the ceremony site. After the sun set, guests made their way up to the Punta Vista rooftop terrace for the reception where they found shots of tequila waiting for them with information on what table they were sitting at.

During Allison and Kira’s first dance, fireworks were released! After everyone was seated and eating, toasts begin. Let me say that these toasts were some of the most magical and special I’ve ever heard! Following the reception events, the party kicked into high gear with lots of dancing! The energy on the dance floor was fabulous and I had a blast capturing those moments!

Allison and Kira, I wish you both all the happiness this world has to offer. You two make an incredible couple and I’m honored to have captured your destination wedding at Hyatt Ziva Cancun for you to relive for years to come!
