Isla Mujeres Engagement Photography | Jillian + Kyle

Isla Mujeres is the perfect destination for engagement photos and that is what I told my clients, Jillian and Kyle, who’s wedding I’ll be photographing in September at Cottonwood Glen back in my ‘summer’ home state of Colorado. I was so excited when they decided to take me up on it and come to this incredible Mexico island! We had a few hiccups with the weather so we moved the session a few days until the weather was better. I took them on my Isla Photo Tour which visits all of the most amazing natural and historic elements around the island. We went out to the cliffs of Punta Sur where the awe-inspiring views, crashing waves and volcanic rock make for incredible backdrops for photos. Next, we headed into Centro where the historic and colorful houses and fishing boats are. We finished on the beach of Playa Norte with sunset photos.

I am so excited to photograph their Colorado wedding at Cottonwood Glen in September and looking forward to working with Revel + Bloom who will be coordinating Jillian and Kyle’s incredible wedding celebration!
