Isla Mujeres….Island of Women. The perfect location for a destination maternity photo session in Mexico! It was a beautiful day and the sky was oh so blue! Almost as blue as the Caribbean waters off the coast of this little island. I photographed their maternity shoot at Punta Sur, the Eastern most point of Mexico. It is a majestic location with high cliffs, crashing waves and an incredible seawalk. Of course, we also took photos on the temple to Ixchel, the Mayan Goddess honored as the waver of the life cycle, fertility, reason, medicine, happiness and the moon.
I am so happy for Rodolfo and Julianna as they start this next journey in their lives together! Congratulations!!!
