From the moment I met Erin and Matt, I knew they had a special kind of love. They were just dating, but I knew…in my heart…that they would marry someday. It was such a strong feeling after only about 10 minutes with them! I guess after you’ve photographed hundreds of couples, you just ‘know’. So when I received an email from Erin later that evening saying that Matt had proposed after our photo session, I did a happy dance around my casita!
Our session before the ‘big question’ took place at Isla Mujeres’ south point, Punta Sur. This is by far my favorite place on the island and every time I go there I am in awe of the beauty. We had fun walking around, watching the crashing waves sharing stories and laughing. It was a wonderful hour that was followed by an even greater moment!
I’m so happy for you Erin and Matt! You should now plan your destination wedding here on Isla where it all began! 🙂
