Playa la Media Luna Wedding | Isla Mujeres | Candy + Jerry

What a wonderful couple Candy and Jerry are together! Their wedding vows to each other made you hold your breath because you could tell how incredibly perfect they are together. They were surrounded by dear friends and family as they said I DO on the secluded beach in front of Playa la Media Luna, a wonderful boutique hotel on the beautiful Isla Mujeres. After the sun set, we headed to Angelo’s Restaurant on Avenida Hidalgo, the walking street on the island, for a private and very tasty dinner.

Candy and Jerry’s story is so sweet. This is the second marriage for both of them. Candy’s first husband passed away from cancer about five years ago and Jerry was very active in the community support activities during that time. They had known each other for years as their kids grew up in the same school and played the same sports, but they didn’t reconnect until this later time. Over the last few years, their bond grew and ultimately brought them to this incredible Mexican island to start their new life together.
